Our Journey
The Mac Factory's story began in Cape Town, South Africa in 2001. Teenage entrepreneur Graham Bradbury, turned his passion for food into a business by creating Mac & Cheese and Lasagne ready meals to earn pocket money.
Pursuing his culinary dreams, Graham moved to London, where he honed his skills in some of the finest kitchens. Sous Chef at Marco Pierre White's L'Escargot, Sous Chef at St Mary's Axe at The Gherkin and Head Chef at The Gore Hotel.
When the street food revolution took London by storm, Graham seized the moment and launched "The Mac Factory" at Camden Market on 13 January 2014.

As challenges of the Covid pandemic forced us to close our Oxford and Putney Restaurants, we embraced innovation, experimenting with frozen ready meals in an effort to bring gourmet comfort food into homes and institutions nationwide.
